DOO FERUM from Vrsac was founded in 1989 as STR “Gvozdjar”, while as an enterprise it has been
successfully operating since 1990 and its main domain of activity is:

1. Agriculrural production and cooperation
2. Trade in agricultural products and raw materials
3. Wholesale and retailing sale of metal products
4. Providing services and mediation in registered field of action

From the above mentioned registered activities we may conclude the description of their primary
activities:

1. DOO FERUM from Vrsac performs agricultural activities through its office “Agroferum” in
Zagajica and owns:

a) Agricultural production in Zagajica spreading on 100 hectares of its own land, out of which there is 5 ha of orchards – apple (5 years old)

b) 288 hectares of land based on several years lasting renting agreement with k.o. Zagajica
- Rented land in k.o. Dobricevo 125 ha of land three years rental agreement
- Rented land in k.o. Kaludjerovo 130 ha – rented on 5-8 years
- Rented land in k.o. Bela Crkva 130 ha – rented on 3 years

This enterprise has been successfully working for 15 years and has been involved in agricultural
production for 6 years, with husbandry as its main field of action, which includes:

- Cereal production
- Maize production
- Production of industrial plants
- Fruit and vegetables production
- Production of fodder

In order to successfully perform duties and satisfy the needs of such organized production in Zagajica, the enterprise owns there a large economy yard spreading on 5.500 hectares of land together with built up and well equipped hangars and barns for storage of the products. The company also owns:

- 7 tractors
- 4 combines
- Some 60 various attaching machines (sowing machines, sprinkles, plows, disc harrows,
cultivators, trailers)
- Mixer for cattle food with the capacity to mix 3 t of food per hour
- 2 towing trucks

Already sowed land planned for yield in 2004/2005 includes:

1. wheat 255 ha
2. beer barley 135 ha
3. sunflower 223 ha
4. maize 117 ha
5. sugar beet 30 ha
6. lucerne 7 ha
7. apple 5 ha
8. Vegetables 1 ha

The total number of permanently employed workers is 25, while when the volume of production is
larger the seasonal workers are being employed as well. Workers are professionally instructed and
qualified to adequately perform duties.

In Vrsac, Milosa Obilica Street, the enterprise possesses retailing trade facility which is 400 m2 large, a warehouse for storing goods in a 800 m2 large backyard.

DOO FERUM is focused on a circled process and buying out agricultural products, preparation of products (concentrated cattle food), on their placement on the market to customers and on trade in metal products and agricultural products.
