DP for fishing “Vrsacki Ritovi” is a company that has for several decades successfully been operating on the territory of Vrsac. Its construction began in 1970 while the production started out two years later.

The basic activity of the factory is production of carp fish on 650 ha large area, including a smaller
volume of production of catfish, perch and the like.

The enterprise also produces young fish for the purposes of the market as well as for their own
demands.

As a subsidiary activity “Vrsacki Ritovi” besides fish production is also involved in hunting tourism. At the fishpond one may hunt mallards, geese, snipe and moorhen, while the hunters are attracted by the picturesque nature on the site.

The projections of the employees are to enlarge the capacities of their fishponds.
